HARLOW residents failed in their bid to stop a planning application for houses in Cannons Gate to be converted.

The application sought planning permission for the conversion of a single family dwelling house into
two self-contained residential units comprising a ground floor flat and a split level unit (part ground
and first floor).

Harlow councillors unanimously voted for the proposal.
