Planning permission granted for former bank in OId Harlow

PLANNING permission was approved for a number of changes to the former bank on Station Road in Old Harlow.
A number of local residents had objected to the building being converted to some form of restaurant/eating establishment.
However changes in planning law do not require an applicant to seek permission for a overall change of use.

Ah, this is bad for Old Harlow. Enough trouble with traffic, noise, litter as it is. Did we really need yet another place to eat?
