EARLIER THIS WEEK, staff at Cooks Spinney pre-school had their generous contribution to the Harlow Foodbank all ready to go.

They put out an appeal to any parent who was free to drive up to the base at Houlsham Tye and drop the goods off.

Up steps mother-of-four, Grace and her little trooper Tommy.

They firstly went up to the pre-school and picked up the school mascots.

When they got up there, two-year-old Tommy was straight out of the car and helping unload.

Staff were very grateful to the contribution and even more impressed with the help from Tommy. They also liked the fact that Tommy’s green top matched their jackets!
