PLANS for new houses in a street that borders Potter Street and Church Langley have been submitted to Harlow Council.
The application is for two houses in Kingsdon Lane at Belfield Gardens.

That bid (see below) was rejected in 2021 and also dismissed in appeal.

The matter of destroying the wildlife for these dwellings remains and the fact that it will impact Belfield Gardens and not the homeowners road when pavement and double parking is a problem. How are emergency vehicles suppose to get down to the end when already refuse lorries are unable to get through!
