LAST week, a wonderful Commonwealth Community Jubilee afternoon took place at Parndon Mill.
YH went down to speak to the organisers, Sally Hardcastle and Suman Gujral about the event and the role of the Commonwealth in Harlow.

Always a joy to be at Parndon Mill. It was a lovely afternoon and the food was delicious!
