HARLOW Town Ladies fought hard against promotion chasing Stevenage on Sunday afternoon but could not avoid defeat.

Goals by Amy Makewell, Kelsey Millen and Lucy Webster secured all three points.

To add insult to injury, it was confirmed that three of Harlow’s postponed games from earlier in the season would be given as wins for the opposition.

The Ladies return to league action on Sunday November 20th at home versus Wroxham FC.
