A DISPERSAL order was put in place in Harlow following concerns relating to a large car meet.
Police received a number of calls from concerned members of the public, following a large car meet, consisting of around 100 vehicles.
The reports included incidents of anti-social behaviour and excessive noise levels around Howard Way, Edinburgh Way and Burnt Mill areas in Harlow.
To reduce the disruption to the residents of Harlow, a dispersal order was put in place, covering areas including River Way, Old Harlow, Church Langley and Harlow Town Centre from 10pm (Saturday 17 December).
It remained in place until 6am on Sunday 18 December.
Not again! When will they learn that Harlow is residential?
Crush any car involved and levy a fine worth 90% of their salary for the next 10-years.
The anti-social p**cks will just pick other residential areas.
Make the town a ULEZ zone and charge them to use the roads.
Great idea Green lantern and screw all the hard working people who are already struggling
