Man charged with assault after incident in The Water Gardens

A MAN has been charged in connection with an incident where a man was assaulted in Harlow.
It was reported a man in his 60s had been grabbed by another man in the car park of the Water Gardens at around 1.45pm on 9 February.
John Teague, 67, of Centre Drive, Epping, was arrested and has since been charged with assault by beating.
He is next due to appear at Colchester magistrates’ court on 28 April 2023.
