HUNDREDS of runners, joggers and walkers took part in the Harlow parkrun over Christmas and New Year.

There were four runs in total (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day)

But as we step into 2023, this is your chance to get involved in the Saturday morning 5k run down at the town park.

Harlow parkrun has a reputation as a friendly, welcoming event, so if your new year resolution involves moving a bit more, then this could be for you.

This Saturday (Jan 7th is Pacer Week. So if you have an idea of your pace. 28 mins, 36 mins, 42 mins. There is someone you can follow.
