LATER this year, Geoffrey Matthew Estate Agency will be celebrating thirty years in the business.

That is a great cause for celebration.

So we went down to their offices on Fore Street in Old Harlow to speak to managing director Geoff Owen about the growth of the business, how business was in 2022 and their plans for this year.

It was certainly a very busy morning in the office when we visited, as staff took calls in relation to properties for sale and lettings.

But there is a great sense of community among the staff that work there. A really great atmosphere.
