HARLOW Running and Tri Club’s prolific marathon runner Laura Prime completed the muddy Mid Month Trail Marathon at Hinchingbrooke Country Park, Huntingdon, finishing in 8th place out of 24 finishers and 1st Female in 4hrs 17min 50sec. 

Meanwhile, at the equally muddy multi-terrain Benfleet 15 mile race Martin Westley finished in 35th place out of 648 finishers in 1.54.13 and Terri Wiley was 242nd in 2.23.50.

At the 100th Orion Harriers Mercury 10 mile cross country race at Epping Forest Martyn Coulter finished in 57th place out of 164 finishers in 1.25.10.

The latest round of the Start Fitness Metropolitan League Cross Country, Race 4, was run over a 5 mile course at Welwyn Garden City, James Dowsett finished in 302nd place out of 357 finishers in 40.03. 

At the Dorney Lake 5k at Windsor Alan Godbold finished in 18th place out of 39 finishers and 1st Vet 50 in 29.44.

There was a parkrun PB for Jamie Olsen Ferreira at Highbury Fields, finishing in 134th place out of 383 finishers in 25.29.
