ST MARK’S athlete George Watkins grabbed an impressive bronze medal at the Essex Schools Cross Country Championships.

Year 8 student George was competing against Year 9 students but he still managed to take entire place.

George will now go on to compete at the All-England Cross Country Championships later in the winter.
