A CLOTHING swap has opened up in The Stow.

The organisers charge £1 per adult to cover costs, and then people are welcome to take as much clothing as they like.

They have already built up quite a stock of childrens, mens and womens clothing, so donation isn’t essential for people to take part.

A spokesperson said: “I set this up to help out those in need. It is so needed right now with the cost of living crisis. This way people can get a lot of the clothing that they need for just £1.

“I have also set this up to help reduce the environmental impacts of clothing production and disposal.

“There is so much clothing that is disposed of, when someone else would still be able to make use of that clothing. 

The next clothing swap is on the 11th February at 10.30am til 12.30pm at St Andrews Methodist Church in the Stow.
