A FIRE broke out in a bin lorry in Harlow on Thursday morning.

An Essex County Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Two crews from Harlow were called to a fire in a bin lorry on Potters Field, Harlow at 9:55am. 

“On arrival, crews reported that there was a small fire in the back of a bin lorry. 

“Crews worked to remove rubbish from the lorry and extinguished the fire by 10:30am. 

“The cause of the fire was accidental.”
