Teenager charged with public order offences after incident in The Stow

A TEENAGER has been charged following an incident in The Stow last week ((Tuesday).
An Essex Police spokesperson said: “Yesterday officers from Harlow CID charged a juvenile male in relation offences of affray and possession of offensive weapon that occurred on the 7th March. He was remanded in custody and will appear at court this morning.
Chief Inspector Paul Austin – District Commander added: “We know there is concern within The Stow around a number of violent incidents that have occurred over recent weeks. We are all working hard to disrupt these incidents, arrest suspects and provide further police visibility in the area.
“It is a key priority for my team and we will continue to tackle offenders and bring them to justice. There is no place for those who commit violent acts and carry weapons on the streets of Harlow”
...is it safe to use Aldi now?
I will not step foot in The Stow or The High, don't suppose any of the others shopping centers are any better.
Let us not be beaten by the fear of crime. I visit The Stow regularly during the day and feel very safe, apart from the idiots on electric scooters. Well done to the Police in identifying and arresting a suspect.
The police are only ever in the stow when there's a situation, why is it not routinely patrolled??
