HARLOW Labour are fielding 11 local candidates in this year’s Harlow District Council Elections. This select group of candidates with a host of unique skills and real-life experiences are ready and waiting to represent residents on Harlow Council from May 4th claims Labour.

Labour Group Leader, Cllr Chris Vince said: “We have a brilliant group of local candidates for this year’s elections. They bring with them experience both in campaigning for Labour across our town and through their lives working in a variety of fields from education, to nursing, to business.
“I know that they are all passionate about Harlow and representing residents in their ward and I look forward to working with them in their roles as candidates and as Councillors for the betterment of our town.”
Having watched Labour councillors in action at meetings since lockdown was lifted I would say that they should stand down in favour of the new kids on the block. This is because Mr Vince says the new people are a "brilliant group of local candidates". However, a more likely scenario to improve performance would be to replace Mr Vince as the Group Leader.
Sorry, forgot to say that some of the "new kids" are recycled old ones.
Didn’t Mike Danvers, throw in the towel some time ago?
