Harlow resident jailed for drink driving and failing to stop

A HARLOW resident has been jailed for drinking and driving as well as a number of other offences.
Leonids Matulkovs, aged 55, of Brockles Mead, Harlow pled guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court:
On March 28th, 2023 at Harlow drove a VW Golf in Berecroft after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, 96 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.
On March 28th, 2023 at Harlow drove a VW Golf in Berecroft while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence.
On March 28th, 2023 at Harlow drove a VW Golf in Berecroft otherwise than in accordance with a licence authorising you to drive a motor vehicle of that class.
On March 28th, 2023 at Harlow drove a VW Golf in Berecroft when there was not in force in relation to that use such a policy of insurance.
On March 28th, 2023 at Harlow being the driver of a VW Golf, owing to the presence of which on a road, Berecroft, an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle, failed to stop and on being required by a person having reasonable grounds for so requiring failed to give your name and address and the name and address of the owner and the identification marks of the vehicle.
Matulkovs was jailed for four months as, according to the courts, the offence was so serious because the defendant has a flagrant disregard for court orders.
He was also disqualified for four years.
So, presuming this guy isn't British, will he be deported?
