We was eye witness, at the the time it came to a stop, however at the time the car mounted the kirb in its last attempt to escape, a helpless pedestrians arm was brushed as she narrowly escaped being run over at high speeds. Had an onlooker not shouted from their car to alarm her, then she would not have been able to move last minute to get out of harm's way.

All of these things should be taken into consideration when in court, seen people mentioning near misses and others that were slightly struck. Hopefully a long sentence……….I just doubt it somehow.
