Athletics / Wed 3rd May 2023 at 09:41am

ONLY a few weeks ago, our athletics correspondent spoke to Harlow runner Lee Webber about his next race.

Lee is a wonderful ambassador for running in Harlow as he has many role including that of course director at the Harlow parkrun. In fact, he has so many roles, that you do wonder how he fits in time for running.

Lee told us that he was not pushing it on distance and putting in some faster, shorter sessions.

Lee participates in the ParkRunandBeyond sessions at Mark Hall Sports Centre and has benefitted from a lot of the advice the coaches give there.

Well it looked like it worked…
