ESSEX Police has launched an investigation after a woman was assaulted in Harlow.

A spokesperson said: “We are investigating an allegation of assault that was reported to have taken place between 10pm and 10.15pm on Sunday 28 May in Maddox Road”.

A woman reported that a man pulled her hair and grabbed her throat through an open car window as she sat in her parked car.
