Last time I went there it had been "decorated" and looked awful. The pain I felt upon seeing this so called decorating is nothing compared to the sheer awful pain I felt when Sam B bust my chops to bits on Jean's 4 Genes day.

Here we go lol, The developers are already getting excited. Goodbye pub and goodbye beautiful green spaces and beautiful wildlife.

Looks like the freehold is being sold with the tenants still operating the pub, the business will still continue, that has a 20 year lease signed in 2012 for £37000 a year. Not a bad investment really 535K for 37K per year better than banks at the moment
