PLANS for a Foot Golf site in the heart of Harlow Town Park are set to go before the Harlow Council planning committee.
The course will be on the former pitch and putt course which was once very popular but that not been in use since the eighties.
There have been a number of objections by local residents.

Great idea; fantastic idea; welcome facility; town lacks great outdoor activities like this and could be used by families; would attract people to the town, would be a boost/ good for Harlow; would result in more income for local businesses such as shops and restaurants.
The meeting will take place at Harlow Council offices on Wednesday June 7th at 7.30pm.
Just use the pot holes.
This was reported on last October,YH why are you reporting this as new news, Council, why does everything take so long to get dealt with?
Well it goes like this Peter...We reported back in October that an application had been submitted.. Now in June that application has moved on to be on the agenda for Wednesday nights planning committee. As Gladstone said, it is the inevitability of gradualness......
Wasn’t the original idea back then..for the original golf to be resurrected? 🏌️♂️⛳️ not crazy foot golf.😜
I for one used to use the pitch and putt and it was always a good fun being out enjoying the town park and all it offered., Arbour mews you do not own the park and it was there long before your overpriced houses were, If you wanted peace and quiet you should have bought a house in the country side your smack bang in the middle of a park in the town. Harlow residents and visitors should be able to use it and have a choice of things to do as for picnics walks runs etc their is plenty of town park for that toilets can be provided if it goes ahead I will surely use it again
