THE SHADOW Secretary of State for education, Bridget Phillipson visited Passmores Academy on Tuesday morning.

The MP was shown around the school by chief executive of the Passmores Learning Community, Vic Goddard.

She then spoke to a variety of pupils including a session with many who are interested in becoming teachers themselves.

Afterwards, YH spoke to Ms Phillipson about her impressions of the school.
