Wtf is happening in harlow? A once gorgeous scenic safe haven now becoming crime central, this is becoming the daily norm, kids running riot, no punishments, and even today I was subject To homophobia.. please let’s get better… together!!!

Until the CPS and the Courts issue tougher sentences rather than pointless fines and community service orders offenders have little to fear and will continue to cause issues

Harlow now probably one of the worst places to live it’s frightening. How can we ever let our children have independence as I never want to let mine out. There needs to be more police presence around this town and instead of stopping cars in spot check maybe stop kids waking about the streets and search them as I I’m pretty sure they will find weapons on them . Town is a disgrace.

The order is the result of a young adult carrying an 8-inch knife into Tesco and threatening to stab somebody by the sandwich aisle. This resulted in the man that was threatened to kick the living daylights out of him!

What is it with people blaming immigrants and people from other towns?! It's poverty. Harlow has a lot of poverty - with that comes crime... Oh, and...parents don't bring up their children right (do they actually know what their wanna be gansta kids are doing when out the house?!), police numbers down, no community police or special police walking around like they were when I first moved here 12 years ago. Courts a mess, takes years to go to court and then just handed a bit of community service so no deterrent. The whole country is a mess, all the things we need to tick along well have faced cuts, courts, police, education, mental health support and of course the NHS. It's astonishing and depressing how quickly the UK has gone down the pan.

There has been no mention yet from the police about the person responsible for this outrage but if the story is true that he got a good kicking by the person he was about to attack that person will no doubt be charged with assault as the justice system stinks. Everyone in this country has the right to defend themselves but the law says to use " reasonable force ". If some deranged clown wanted to attack me i would take that knife from him and stick it in him then face the consequences. I would not worry at that time about what would happen to me with the law as my prime concern would be my own survival. Although i have absolutely no confidence in the law i fully respect the hard work that the rank and file of our police force is admirable it is the law makers in parliament that should be held to account. They have no interest in us, the common people, all they are concerned about is lying to us on a daily basis and pocketing our hard earn,t cash for doing very little. This clowns will be crying after the next general election. I no longer attach myself to any political party because they are all the same. Promise but never delivered. Just remember that our sitting M.P. is a member of the party that that has destroyed this country since the outbreak of covid

Harlow is the 178th safest non-metropolitan district in England (of 181 total) when ordered by violent crime rate. It is also the 145th safest non-metropolitan district (of 181 total) when ordered by crime growth rate.......it is not all bad, folks!!
