Update: Mon July 10th: Henry Phipps, who had been missing from Harlow, has now been found.

ESSEX Police are appealing for the public’s help to find missing man Henry Phipps from Harlow. 

Henry, 32 has been missing for several weeks and we are concerned for his whereabouts. They believe he was last seen on June 6th. 

He is described as a white man, 6ft 1″ with black cropped hair. He has a musical note tattoo behind his ear. 

He has connections to London. 

They are appealing to anyone who may have seen him or have any information on his whereabouts to contact us.
