Police investigate sex attack on woman in Harlow

POLICE are investigating a report of a sexual assault near a cycle track in Harlow.
An Essex Police spokesperson said: “We received a report of a sexual assault, which took place at Momples Road in Harlow on Saturday, 12 August.
“The victim was walking with her children at around 1pm when she was approached by a man who sexually assaulted her.
The suspect is described as white man, around 25-years-old who was wearing black jogging bottoms, a black hoodie and wearing white wireless earphones.
“This report remains under investigation and we are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed anything or have any further information to contact us.
”If you have any information, CCTV, dash cam or other footage in relation to this incident, then please get in contact with us.

Shocking and terrifying for this poor lady and her children. Women should be able to walk anywhere alone or with children and be safe from sick people like that.

sought out the group of men who are always gathered and pissed up morning, noon and night just over the road to this cycle track. Maybe check some of them out.

Un-related but remember or even Google this name, karl Stockbridge, he's a harlow man and lived opposite my family home, he's back in harlow, seen him twice now, he got 14yrs for raping and videoing himself doing it to a child, a child I believe was his own, he's served about 8yrs for this or there abouts, angers me to see him back in society and back in my home town, be aware of him people.

Sexually assaulting someone is terrible in itself but to sexually assault someone while their out walking with their children 😳😳 their is something clearly very wrong with this person mentally and he needs to be apprehended ASAP!

I have just read up on about karl stockbridge and he is much older than the man involved in this recent sexual attack on a woman,although i am shocked that this sick pervert only served 8 years out of 14 and is walking amongst us. I thought that the focus was on women and girls becoming safer in Essex. Good info from David.Thankyou for sharing this.

Cp, it's hard to walk past this man knowing what he did and the fact that he used to come into our family home as a friend and us not knowing what lies beneath, just goes to show you think you know someone, thankyou for taking the time to read the press report.

Can I just add something here Karl Stockbridge sexually assaulted my niece not his child and yes he is back in Harlow lives not far from me yet this poor girl has to live with this in her mind for life

I agree with Andy Kewinbut it prob wont be allowed to be put on here. The system is all wrong,we all have a right to know where this sick person lives. Its a joke,the worse you are you seem to get protected.
