Man arrested following theft of car in The Dashes

A MAN has been arrested in connection with the attempted theft of a car in Harlow earlier this year.
It was reported someone had broken into a car in The Dashes, Harlow at around 12.40am on 11 May, and attempted to start it.
However, they made off from the area without managing to take it.
Police have been investigating the incident and on Thursday of last week (17 August) a man was arrested.
The 55 year-old from Tilbury was arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle and possession of Class A drugs.
A police spokesperson said: “He has since been released on bail until 11 November while our enquiries continue.
