Saint Nicholas School celebrates GCSE results
Education: Secondary / Thu 24th Aug 2023 at 06:18pm
ALL at Saint Nicholas School are exceptionally proud of their Year 11 students collecting their GCSE results today.
They are the first cohort to be marked under pre-pandemic grading standards, which makes their achievements today all the more impressive, when you factor in the time they missed in Years 8 & 9 due to school closures during the COVID years.
All of their students achieved 5 or more GCSE grades at 4-9, with 95% of our students achieved 5 or more GCSE grades at 4-9, including English and mathematics.
Headteacher Terry Ayres said: “My sincerest congratulations to the ‘Class of 23’ and my very best wishes for the next step in their educational journey and the future; well done all!”
