Man wanted after disturbance at Miller and Carter

ESSEX Police want to speak to Mitchell Devonshire in connection with an incident where an officer was assaulted.
Officers were called to a disturbance at the Miller and Carter in Epping High Road at around 2.25pm yesterday (Saturday 2 September).
When they arrived they found a man who they wanted to speak to in connection with a recall to prison.
During the incident, one of their officers was assaulted.
We want to speak to 31 year-old Mitchell Devonshire from Colchester in connection with this incident.
He also goes by the name Mitchell Howe and is described as 5ft 6ins tall with dark mousey-brown hair and a large tattoo of a rose on his neck.
He has links to Harlow, Colchester, and Hertfordshire.
