ESSEX Police continue to appeal for the public’s help to locate Michael White, 26, who they want to speak to in connection with a recall to prison.

The first appeal was made on July 8th.

He is described as 5ft 10ins tall, of average build with brown hair, blue eyes and stubble.

He has links to #Harlow and various other areas in #Essex.
