The problem is people in harlow will know who this is, but the no grass policy is practised. The fact is criminals evolve, whats next, will you stay silent when he robs your house? Sexually assaults your daughter, stabs your son? Nail this guy before it gets to this point, it may change his path for his own good. And it's good for everyone else. Turning a blind eye to petit crime is allowing serious crimes to happen. Wake up harlow! Ignoring problems only makes thing worse, and this is why no one sadly has any sympathy for you. Protect a theif and you create a monster. You are only a victim of your own actions .
