Police search for Harlow woman reported missing for fifth time in a month

Update: Bethany Kemp has been found
CAN you help police find 29-year-old Bethany Kemp? They need to find her to make sure she’s okay.
She is white, 5ft 9in tall, of slim build, with tattoos including a tattoo of a flower on her left arm. She has long brown hair, with bleached ends.
As well as Harlow, Bethany has connections to Ilford and Broxbourne.

When someone is repeatedly going missing maybe the question as to why needs to be addressed. If the lady has mental health issues and she could be a danger to herself then surely she would be better off on the secure Psychiatric Ward and be receiving treatment. I hope that she is found safe very soon.
