A MAN has been arrested on a number of occasions across Harlow over allegations of harassment.
An Essex Police spokesperson said: “‘We were called to Harvey Shopping Centre in Harlow at around 9am on 19 August following reports of a woman being assaulted.
The woman was approached by a man, who then licked her arm and demanded money.
“A 35-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of common assault. The investigation has since been filed and the man has been released without further action.
“We were called to Staple Tye. Hare Street and Broadwalk in Harlow on 3 October following reports of a man harassing members of the public.
“A 35-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of using threatening behaviour to cause alarm and distress, harassment without violence and common assault.
“He has since been released with bail conditions until 20 December.”
There is obviously something wrong with this person mentally let’s hope he’s sanctioned before he hurts somebody or worse.
DEK HAN I agree with you, unfortunately the hands of the Police are tied until he does in fact cause somebody harm. There are many of our laws that are either archaic and/or need to be changed or have ammendments added as so many things have changed over the years that need addressing.
have no fear, I am here!!!
