Renewed Appeal: Man wanted over attempted burglary in Upper Park

Update: January 6th, 2024: No arrests, however the investigation remains open, therefore, we are re-publishing the appeal made back in October.


ESSEX Police are appealing for the public’s help to identify this man, in connection with an ongoing attempted burglary investigation in Harlow. 

Officers were called to an address at Upper Park in Harlow at around 3:30am on 28 September following reports of an attempted burglary. 

The suspect ran away from the property after being heard trying to open the door. 

Officers from Harlow Criminal Investigation Department are now releasing an image of a man they would like to speak with.
