Harlow man summoned to court over supervision non-appearances

A HARLOW man has been summoned to court for failing to attend a number of supervision hearings.
Jeremy Heath, aged 48, of Ladyshot, Harlow has been reported for the following:
Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that
1. Mr Heath failed to report as instructed to an office appointment without reasonable excuse on 28/07/2023.
2. Mr Heath failed to report as instructed to an office appointment without reasonable excuse on 04/08/2023.
3. Mr Heath failed to report as instructed to an office appointment without reasonable excuse on 22/09/2023.
4. Mr Heath failed to provide acceptable documentary evidence of reasons for absences within the specified time limit of 5 working days.
In accordance with section 256AC of the Criminal Justice Act 2003.
Adjourned to 06/12/2023 at 10:00 in Courtroom 03, Colchester Magistrates Court.
Reason: to attend or warrant to issue, for plea.
