Police appeal for witnesses after number of incidents near Bush Fair shopping area

ESSEX Police have issued a statement regarding an incident involving a number of youths in the Bush Fair area of Harlow.
YH is aware of reports of alleged incidents on Monday and Wednesday in or near to the Bush Fair shopping area.
An Essex Police spokesperson said: “We were alerted by members of the public who reported a number of young people acting suspiciously close to Southern Way, Harlow, shortly after 4.20pm on Wednesday 22 November.
As yet, no victims have been identified and officers are making further enquiries into the reports to ascertain the exact circumstances.
We need anyone who witnessed an incident, in Southern Way or in Bush Fair, has dash cam footage of it or has any information to get in touch.

So we have a report of some youths 'acting suspiciously, near Southern Way! Or, possibly in the Bush Fair shopping area. Could have been Monday or Wednesday! What in fact denotes 'suspicious behaviour' and as no crimes so far have been reported then how is this news. Just a thought. People being asked for any camera footage etc when in fact we have CCTV in Bush Fair shopping area, but then of course it is useless as it doesn't work 🙄. Youths in the Bush Fair shopping area are a daily occurance along with the druggies who hang around and wait to get their daily Methadone and the drunks that wander over from the pub.
