RAIL passengers can talk directly to Greater Anglia rail managers during a ‘Let’s Talk’ event to be held online.
For passengers using the train operator’s mainline services between Norwich, Ipswich, Colchester, Chelmsford and London, Cambridge and London, Southend and London, Stansted Express services and branch lines in Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk, the ‘Let’s Talk’ session will take place on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Wednesday 13 December between 16.30 until 18.30.
Customers will be able to message @greateranglia and receive a response back from a senior Greater Anglia representative – with that input helping the train operator to continually improve the service.
Martin Moran, Greater Anglia’s Commercial and Customer Service Director, said, “It’s really important to us to hear from passengers about what matters to them and answer any questions they may have.
“We are keen to listen and to understand people’s experiences so that we can work to continually improve our service and meet customers’ expectations and needs.”
Those who cannot make the event but would like to contribute their feedback can do so via Greater Anglia’s online survey at greateranglia.co.uk/AllEars
It's not difficult. Passengers want clean, safe, brightly-lit, and staffed stations along with plenty of parking and drop-off areas. They also want trains that are clean, punctual, air conditioned, heated, and with plenty of seating. All of this along with reasonable fares. At the moment we are getting none of this. You cannot rely on the railway system to get you anywhere these days as on the rare occasion where they are NOT on strike, they're late, crowded, and expensive.
