HARLOW Running and Tri Club were represented at the Malaga Half Marathon, on Spain’s Costa del Sol, by three members among the 11,000 finishers.

On a pleasantly warm morning Jason Fox finished in 1hr 48min 16sec, Gary Mead 1.55.07 and Mick Maddams 1.57.27.   

Laura Prime, HRTC’s prolific distance runner, completed 7 laps of the 5.3k course at the Twas The Run Before Christmas Race at Brandon, Suffolk, for a total distance of 37k/23miles in 3hrs 58min 09sec.
