This woman had been making the other tenants lives hell for years with her behaviour. Damaging their property, threats intimidating them to the point of having to install CCTV. Police would turn up and do nothing. They were warned a number of times so were Harlow council that she was a danger to the other people in the block but they didnt want to know. Harlow Police would turn up just give her advice and then leave and other residents left to deal with it. This was premeditated as she was caught on CCTV propping open the fire door to the communal area ready to make her escape while leaving the family downstairs trapped in their flat. For her to say it wasn't out of malice is rubbish. Plus the tenants were not evacuated they had to climb out of their window to escape and pass their baby and pets out to people outside. If something had been done about her before then this might not have happened!

Why was she not evicted beforehand? She was a menace and a criminal. Hopefully, she will not return to Harlow after jail. We don't people like this.

I only know the details as I know a member of the family and the family downstairs still have flash backs of it. I know of the woman too as I lived nearby and she has been like this for a long time and with other people that lived in the flats too that were able move to to get away from her. Not sure how true it is but someone that was there that night said she was walking around with a cat and bottle of wine but left 2 other cats that belonged to someone else in the flat and the cats had to be rescued by firemen! The Police and Social services and Council need to explain there lack of intervention!

This woman owned the flat hopefully she will not return for the sake of the other people living in the block.
