Man admits to series of thefts at Co-op in Old Harlow

A PROLIFIC shoplifter has admitted more than 20 counts of theft after stealing items worth £3,000 from a shop in Old Harlow.

Meat and washing products were taken from the Co-op store in the High Street on multiple occasions between 18 December and 11 February.

The total value of the items taken is £3,000.

Matthew Nardolilli, 38, of Tanys Dell, Harlow was arrested on Tuesday this week (13 February).

He has since been charged with 21 counts of theft.

He appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court the following day (Wednesday 14 February) where he admitted the offences and is next due to appear at Basildon Magistrates’ Court for sentencing on 19 April.
