Despite changes to the British Gymnastics performance pathways this year, the club performed with the same excellence we’ve come to expect, with all gymnasts working above or working beyond the expected level for their grade.

In Development grade 1 category, all the Harlow gymnasts scored ‘working beyond level’,  formerly known as attaining the highest award of distinction. For the age 11-12 category Janelle Campbell secured 2nd place overall in age, with Freya Smith and Marci Short accomplishing 4th and 5th places overall respectively.

Success continued for the club, against strong competition, in the individual apparatus categories, where medals and rosettes were conjointly awarded for all age groups within the Development grade 1 category. Lottie triumphed with the silver medal on vault and Marci attained the 6th place rosette on bars. On the beam,Janelle received the 4th place rosette with Millie securing the 6th place rosette.
