ESSEX Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a two car collision, following which, the occupants fled.

An Essex Police spokesperson said: “Officers were called to Morningtons in Harlow shortly before 10pm on Saturday, 29 June following reports of a collision involving two cars. 

“The drivers of the cars left the scene prior to police arriving.

“Enquiries are ongoing to identify them”.
