A PLANNING application for a three bedroomed house in Great Leylands has been submitted to the Harlow Council planning department.
The application is for land next to 11 Great Leylands.

It is for the erection of a three bedroomed dwelling house on land adjacent with associated parking and landscaping.
Construction of a 3 metre single storey rear extension to existing dwelling.

Here we go again. The previous owner submitted his first planning application in 2008 and a number of others in subsequent years. All were rejected, including one for a single detached house similar to this one. How many applications can we expect from this owner?
This was the same owner that has just recently been fined for operating a multiple occupancy house at this address without the correct planning!
It is their land they should be able to do what they like with it. Abolish the planning permission process it is just used by boomer nimbies to object
