Harlow man banned for drinking and driving

A HARLOW man has been disqualified after pleading guilty to drinking and driving.
Donald Bashford, aged 70, of Fesants Croft, Harlow made the plea to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.
On August 8th, 2024 at Harlow drove a Hyundai Kona on Fesants Croft, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath namely 46 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath exceeded the prescribed limit.
Bashford was banned for twelve months and fined £200.00
Inconsiderate bastard.
That's no deterrent.
