Harlow man banned for driving under influence of drugs

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to driving whilst under the influence of drugs.
Steven Cleary, aged 46, of Spencers Croft, Harlow pled to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On February 22nd, 2024, at Harlow drove a Volkswagen Golf on the A414, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannibinol, in your blood, 14 microgrammes per litre of blood, exceeded the specified limit.
On February 22nd, 2024, at Harlow, drove a Volkswagen Golf on the A414, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Cocaine, in your blood, namely 24 microgrammes per litre of blood, exceeded the specified limit.
Cleary was banned for twelve months and fined £200.00.
Not lenient enough, this is exactly why there is a smirk on their faces. He will drive the very next day & he will also be straight back on the drugs. So basically a waste of time until someone on something is killed by these reckless stupid idiots. There is a guy who lives on our estate who along with he's partner supplies drugs to people who come regularly to buy from them at their house. He also drinks & drives & most days gets out of he's work van with a can of beer in he's hand & that van is a company van.
