COME and celebrate Earth Science Week at Harlow Museum! Next Saturday, 19th October, from 10am to 1pm

At 11am, Essex Rock and Mineral Society will be giving a talk which will delve into the longest history of Essex – the past 500 million years! Learn about what is under your feet, in your garden and in your food.

There will also be a hands-on display for adults and children showcasing fossils and Essex Geology, here you can bring along your own for identification.

Take part in a drop in craft activity where you can make a fossil pendant from clay to take home.

The entire event is free to attend, although donations are appreciated, and books and posters will be available for sale.
