Harlow man charged with assaulting three police officers

A HARLOW man has been charged with assaulting three police officers and vandalising a police car.
Mark Masterson, aged 41, of Templefield House, Harlow has been charged with the following.
On June 29th, 2024, you assaulted a police officer (x 3).
On June 29th, 2024 without lawful excuse, damaged a police vehicle, intending to destroy or damage such property.
Contrary to section 39 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 and section 1 of the Assaults on Emergency Workers (Offences) Act 2018..
On June 29th, 2024, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour on Edinburgh Way, Harlow.
Masterson has been released on conditional bail. His next scheduled appearance is December 2nd, 2024 at Chelmsford magistrates court.
