Harlow man pleads guilty to two charges of assaulting a woman

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to two charges of assaulting a woman.
Michael Hazell, aged 42, of Lower Meadow, Harlow made the plea at Chelmsford magistrates court.
On May 4th, 2024, at Harlow assaulted a woman by beating her.
On May 8th, 2024, at Harlow assaulted a woman by beating her.
The case is scheduled to return to court on January 1st, 2025.

Most of the residence in Lower Meadow had a chip on thier shoulder or are just pure psychotic and crazy. The area had more hostility than Brockles Mead. [embrassing]
