Harlow man banned for three years for driving under influence of drugs

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to driving whilst under influence of drugs.
Jack Barnard, aged 22, of Campbell Close, Harlow pled guilty at Basildon magistrates court to the following.
On June 28th, 2024 on Southern Way, Harlow you did drive a Volkswagen Polo when the proportion of Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), in your blood, exceeded the specified limit.
Barnard was disqualified for three years.
He was fined £120.00

Disgusting should be banned for life !!!
Such a stupid thing to do, 3 years not able to drive and crippling insurance after. Hopefully doesn’t then drive without insurance but at that cost who knows.
