Man found dead in Harlow town centre suffered fatal head injury-inquest

A MAN found dead in a derelict area of Harlow Town Centre suffered a fatal head injury, an inquest was told reports the BBC.

Darren Moss, 59, was discovered by police, at about 9.35pm on December 21st, 2024.
Three men – aged 43, 44 and 61 – were arrested on suspicion of his murder and released on bail until March.
A brief hearing, at Essex Coroner’s Court, heard Mr Moss suffered fatal injuries to his head and face.

The three murder suspects are out on bail. What a joke the criminal justice system is in Britain. I know the prisons are overcrowded, but CPS guidelines to Magistrates is that one of the reasons for refusing bail is seriousness of the offence and likely sentence. However, one of the other reasons is strength of evidence. Given the situation, I expect the coppers are fishing for more evidence, hence the bail decision.
